The Cappella School of Music

Montgomery County's #1 Choice For Music Lessons

How to find us

Since October of 2005, the schoolhouse at Saint Philip in the Fields Episcopal Church in Oreland has been home to Springfield's favorite music school.  Formerly known as The SoundStage School of Music, the new Cappella School of Music features the same fantastic faculty of teachers, one of the founding partners of SoundStage, and a commitment to remaining the #1 music school in Montgomery County.  Just as we strive for excellence in our student's musical education, we also work hard to have a lot of fun in the process.

The Cappella School of Music is located in a lovely setting in suburban Oreland, just five minutes from Chestnut Hill.  Cappella is located 1 minute from the five point intersection of Church and Paper Mill Roads on Oreland Mill Road, at the corner of Oreland Mill Road and Lorraine Ave. We're also one mile from the Flourtown exit of Route 309.

Situated on the well tended grounds of Saint Philip in the Fields Episcopal Church, we feature clean, comfortable, well lit practice rooms and wheel chair accessible rest rooms.  In addition to street parking, there is ample parking in the Church lot just a hundred yards from our door.  Parents can sit and chat in our cozy waiting area or are always welcome to sit in on lessons with their children.
