Marcella's Music - Marcella's Music is a great resource for sheet music, method books and songbook collections.  She is located at 24 East Glenside Ave. in Glenside and her phone number is 215-517-8466.

Forge Recording - Forge Recording is a world class recording facility located in our own backyard.  Designed by the same architect who designed Electric Ladyland, the Forge features state of the art digital recording facilities for taking your project from the nucleus of an idea to a fully mastered CD ready for airplay.  Cappella's own Geoff Hansplant has recorded two studio albums at The Forge and can attest that the room's acoustics are great and the producers and engineers are very easy to work with and are sensitive to the artists needs.  You can find the Forge at the intersection of Mill Road and Pennsylvania Ave. in Oreland, or visit their site here.  Their number is 215-885-7000.

Jacob's Music - Jacob's Music is your source for all things piano.  Located on Easton Road in Willow Grove across from the Best Buy, they sell Yamaha Clavinovas like the ones we use at school as well as Steinway Pianos for the most discriminating musical palettes.  Their phone number is 215-568-7800.  Jacob's Music also has a fantastic rental program, whereby they will bring an acoustic piano to your home, make sure it is in perfect working order and properly tuned and set it up for your use.  The monthly rental is very modest and every penny of it goes into what amounts to an escrow account.  When you decide to purchase a piano (be it electronic or acoustic), you can apply every penny spent on the rental toward the purchase price of the new piano.  You can not beat that!

George's Music -  George's Music in North Wales is a great source for guitars, basses, drums, keyboards and amplifiers, as many of our students will attest.  Located on Route 63, just west of Route 202, they are committed to great customer service and feature very competitive pricing.  Their number is 215-412-4400.  Ask for the manager, Sean Nolan, whom Geoff Hansplant has known for nearly twenty-five years.  He will treat you right.

Guitar Center -  The Guitar Center is a "big box" retailer of musical instruments located on Chemical Road in Plymouth Meeting, between Germantown Pike and Ridge Ave.  They sell guitars, basses, drums, keyboards, and amplifiers and often have an interesting selection of used instruments.  Look for sales at nearly every major holiday.  Their phone number is 610-832-0800.

Cappella Families Listings -   Just as Cappella stands as a valued resource within our community, it always amazes us to meet other Cappella family members who also offer wonderful resources to people and businesses within our region.  We'd like to do our part to help them promote their businesses and, whenever they ask us to do so, will feature them right here:
